攀钢360m~2烧结机工艺技术的优化

摘    要:为实现攀钢烧结机的技术升级,2009年6月建成投产了1台360m2的大型烧结机。达产后由于生产不稳定、设备故障率高、指标落后等问题影响了高产稳产,为此开展了工艺技术优化研究。通过优化工艺流程,改进原燃料质量、烧结矿成分优化以及提高工艺参数控制水平等措施,利用系数达到1.414t/(m2.h),转鼓指数提高到73.27%,固体燃耗45.31kg/t,作业率96.11%。

Abstract:In order to enhance the technological level of sintering process in Pangang,a set of large sintering machine with an area of 360 m2 was built and put into production in June 2009.In early stage of production there were a lot of problems,such as instable operation,higher equipment failure and low production indexes.Therefore,a series of technological optimization were conducted,including the improvement of raw materials quality,the optimization of sinter chemical composition and control parameters.As a result,the utilization coefficient reached to a high level of 1.414 t/(m2·h),the drum index was 73.27 %,the solid fuel consumption was 45.31 kg/t,the operating rate was 96.11 %.
