摘    要:通过添加石膏配制一定含硫量的生料在实验室条件下高温煅烧制备出水泥熟料.依次使用水杨酸-甲醇( SAM)溶液、氢氧化钾-蔗糖(KOSH)溶液和醋酸水溶液分步对实验室制备熟料进行选择性萃取,依次分离硅酸盐相、铁铝酸盐相和中间相矿物,反向富集微量矿物相含量.借助XRD、XRF、SEM-EDS等分析方法对水泥熟料微量含硫矿物相按三步萃取的顺序逐步深入进行分析和讨论.

Abstract:Prepare cement clinker through high temperature calcination under laboratory conditions by adding gypsum to the raw material preparation of certain amount sulfur.Respectively make selective extraction of the clinker prepared in laboratory by using the solution of salicylic acid-methanol(SAM),potassium hydroxide-sucrose(KOSH) and acetic acid,separate silicate phase,iron aluminate phase and intermediate phase of minerals,also the the content of reverse enrichment micro-mineral phase in proper order,to gradually make deep analyze and discuss of the micro-sulfur mineral phases of cement clinker according to the order of three-step extraction by the analysis means,such as XRD,XRF,SEM-EDS and so on.
