高效液相色谱法测定油类样品中的胆固醇含量

建立并验证了用高效液相色谱法测定油类样品中胆固醇含量的检测方法;方法:样品经无水乙醇-氢氧化钾溶液皂化后,石油醚和无水乙醇溶液提取,甲醇溶解定量后,高效液相色谱法检测,以相对保留时间定性,色谱峰面积定量;结果:该方法平均回收率为81.04%,RSD为1.15%,检测限(S/N=3)为1.11mg.L-1;结论:实验表明该方法准确可靠,回收率良好,对于地沟油的鉴定具有一定的借鉴意义。

Determination of cholesterol contents in oil samples by HPLC.

Objective： Established and tested the cholesterol which in oil samples using HPLC-UV; Methods： Using ethanl without water-potassium hyroxide solvent to saponificate , petroleum ether and ethanol without water to extracted cholesterol from oil samples, qualitative with relatively retention time and quantitative with peak area; Results： The average recovery rate is 81.04%, RSD% is 1.15%, and the detection limit （S/N=-3）is 1. 11mg. L-1 ; Conclusion： The experiment shows that this method is accurate and reliable, good recoveray reate, for the identification of drainage oil ,it has certain guiding significance.
