引擎盖VARTM成型充模流动模拟及优化

摘    要:利用RTM-worx仿真模拟软件对引擎盖模型真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)成型工艺过程进行充模流动模拟,根据引擎盖模型的充模流动模拟结果,确定最终注射方案,并与引擎盖模型的VARTM成型工艺过程相比较。试验结果表明,VARTM成型过程与充模流动结果吻合较好,RTM-worx仿真模拟软件能够有效地对引擎盖模型进行充模流动模拟及优化。

Abstract:Flow process of the car hood model with VARTM process was simulated by the software of the RTM-worx.The final injection scheme was decided by the simulation results,and then compared with the actual VARTM filling process.It was found that the simulation by RTM-worx showed a good agreement with the experimental result,the RTM-worx software could effectively simulate and optimize the flow process of the car hood model.
