宝钢钻杆的生产技术实践

摘    要:钻杆是油井管中服役条件最苛刻,使用性能、质量可靠性要求最高的产品。通过对炼钢、加厚、热处理、矫直、摩擦焊等工序的持续研究,宝钢对影响钻杆质量的关键技术指标,如材质的纯净度、内加厚过渡区Miu长度、韧性、直度等进行了持续改进与提高,满足了不断发展的钻井技术的迫切需求。

Abstract:Among the OCTG pipes,the drill pipe is required to be suitable for the most critical service conditions,and with the most satisfactory operation performance and the highest quality.Thanks to continuous studies on related manufacturing processes such as steelmaking,upsetting,heart treatment,straightening and friction welding,and so on as conducted by Baosteel,the key technical parameters which affect the quality of the drill pipe are improved and enhanced,including the steel cleanness,and the length in Miu of internal upset transitional area,toughness and straightness of the pipe.As a result,the drill pipes produced by Baosteel have met the urgent demand for such products to cope with the increasingly developed oil well-drilling technologies.
