| 摘 要： | 介绍了70t高阻抗电弧炉生产核级碳素钢无缝钢管TU42C、TUE250B钢的冶炼、LF精炼、VD真空处理和圆坯连铸的工艺技术;分析了核级碳素钢无缝钢管对钢质纯净度的特殊质量要求。提出的70t高阻抗电弧炉冶炼、LF精炼、圆坯连铸控制技术措施,保证了产品的力学性能;生产的产品质量完全满足核级碳素钢无缝钢管技术标准要求。

| Abstract: | Elaborated in the essay are the aspects concerning the metallurgical processes with the 70 t hi-impedance EAF to produce TU42C and TUE250B carbon steels for the nuclear class seamless tubes,involving melting,LF refining,VD treatment and round billet casting. Special quality requirement for cleanness of the said steels are analyzed. Accordingly,Technical measures for control of the above mentioned processes are determined to ensure the mechanical properties of the final tubular products. The tubes as made with the said processes are in full compliance with applicable technical specification for the nuclear class carbon steel tubular products. |
