摘    要:国内某钢厂转炉冶炼硬线钢一直存在着成渣速度慢、脱磷率低等问题。在热力学分析的基础上,通过大量的生产数据整理和实验室研究,对其80t复吹转炉快速成渣脱磷工艺进行了改进。通过对装料制度、供氧制度和底吹气体流量进行优化,取得了很好的冶金效果。工业试验结果表明:采用合理的造渣工艺,能够实现快速成渣、早期脱磷,平均出钢w(C)能达到0.253%,而w(P)降至0.011 7%,平均吹炼时间缩短近3min。

Abstract:Slow slag-forming and low dephosphorization rate in hard wire steelmaking have existed in some domestic steel plants.Based on thermodynamic analysis,the rapid slag-forming and dephosphorization technology of 80 t converter blowing were improved through production data analysis and laboratory experiments.Good metallurgical effects have been obtained by effective optimization of technological parameters,such as charging,oxygen supply intensity,gas flow rate of bottom blowing,etc.Industrial experiment results show that fast slag-forming and dephosphorization in initial smelting period of BOF blowing could be achieved through a rational slag formation technology,w(P) can be controlled within 0.010 %,average w(C) is up to 0.253 % at the end point of blowing,and the smelting time has been reduced by about 3 min.
