| 摘 要： | 对中冶连铸公司（CCTEC）总承包的1台4流合金钢圆坯连铸机作了简要介绍,并着重介绍了圆坯连铸机的设计特点及在生产实践中得到的一些体会。生产20号钢,断面为Ф210mm,拉速控制在1.5～1.8m/min,中包钢水过热度控制在20～30℃,二冷比水量为0.4～0.5L/kg,生产的铸坯满足国标要求,可推广应用于相类似圆坯连铸机的设计。

| Abstract: | A four-strand continuous round billet caster designed and built by CCTEC is briefly introduced in this paper.Emphasis is laid on the design characteristics and operating experience.For the production of 20 steel with diameter of Φ210 mm,casting rate 1.5～1.8 m/min,overheating degree of molten steel 20～30 ℃,secondary cooling water ratio 0.4～0.5 L/kg,the round billet quality can meet the standard requirements.The design of continuous round billet caster can be applied for similar conditions. |
