摘    要:介绍全电动注塑机新型控制系统的设计方法。硬件架构采用软PLC和CANopen总线搭建。软件设计借鉴面向对象的思想和方法,采用UML建模,用符合IEC61131–3标准的编程工具CoDeSys实现代码。此外还介绍了多任务划分的经验和技巧。经测试验证,这种新型控制系统满足工艺生产的需要,并且具有强大、高效、简洁、灵活的优点,非常具有推广价值。

Abstract:A new design method for control system of all-electronic injection molding machine was introduced.Soft-PLC technology and CANopen fieldbus were used to build the main hardware structure.With the object-oriented consideration,UML tool was used to model the software,and CoDeSys was used to do the programming,which is in conformity with IEC 61131–3 standard.The task assignment skill was also introduced.From testing,this kind of control system was proved to be powerful,high-efficiency,simple and flexible,which could fully meet the requirements.This method was of a wide application value and development future.
