Study on the Characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students Management Work

This paper focuses on the exploratory study on the management work of higher vocational college students. It demonstrates the work＇s vocational characteristics, its important task of helping students approve and adapt themselves to vocational education and foste- ring their technical spirits as well as business morality, its stress of supervising and urging students to develop good habits, take correst attitudes toward their study and raise their qualities, and its duty of improving students＇ living conditions and supplying excellent services for their growth. The paper points out that the correct awareness of these above-mentioned points will strengthen the work＇s pertinence and efficiency.
