摘    要:根据方坯连铸机的结构特点,基于沿拉坯方向上移动的有限薄片层思想,建立方坯连铸凝固传热数学模型,应用面向对象的编程语言Visual Basic 6.0开发了方坯连铸二次冷却计算机仿真通用软件。方坯连铸二次冷却计算机仿真软件集连铸过程仿真计算、迭代反算二冷水量、水量公式回归、数据输人输出处理和图形处理于一体,使用方便,功能全面。在二冷技术研究、连铸生产和工程设计中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristics of the billet continuous caster and the concept of finite thin section moving along the drawing direction a mathematical model of heat transfer in the process of CC billet solidification has been erected and the general simulation software for secondary cooling of the billet CC developed by Visual Basic 6. 0. In the newly developed software are integrated the simulation and calculation of the temperature field and solidification of the continuous casting process, con algorithm for the water table of secondary cooling zones, regression of formula of the flow capacity and cast speed, input and output data processing and graphic processing. This software is featured of convenience in use and multi-functions, and therefore shows a very broad prospect of application in the research of the secondary cooling technology, CC production and engineering design.
