摘    要:文中介绍了氧化物冶金技术提出的背景,该技术的主要内容和采用该技术对钢的组织、性能的影响.总结了该技术近十几年来在利用夹杂物钉扎晶粒的高温长大和形核晶内铁素体(特别是其机理探讨)方面的相关研究,介绍了国外一些钢铁公司在大线能量焊接过程中所开发的该领域的新技术和新应用,同时介绍了氧化物冶金技术在焊接以外的凝固、压力加工、非调质钢和厚板生产等过程中的研究和应用的最新进展.文末展望了该技术的发展趋势.

Abstract:The present paper introduces the background, aganinst which the oxide metal- lurgy is put forward, its main content, and effect of this technology on the properties of the structure of steel, and summarizes the research work having been carried out in the recent 10 more years in the aspects of high temperature pinning grain growth and intragranular ferrite, and probes into its mechanism in particular and describes the most advanced technologies and application some of the iron and steel corporations abroad have already developed in this field in the process of high heat input welding and in the mean-while points out the up-to-date progress of research and application of the oxide metal- lurgy in the fields of solidification, press working and production of non-modification steel and heavy plates and foresees the trend of development of this technology.
