摘    要:通过铸坯的低倍检验和对中间裂纹部位电镜扫描结果,分析连铸板坯中间裂纹的类型和形成原因,从钢水成分、二冷配水、驱动压力、轻压下、支撑段等方面提出解决措施.结果表明,钢中的硫和铸坯的支撑段是影响中间裂纹的主要因素.这些具体措施的实施,使中间裂纹的发生率和级别大幅下降.

Abstract:The type and cause to the formation of the intermedium cracks of the continuous casting slab are analyzed by macro examination and SEM and measures to eliminate the inter-medium cracks are put forward including compositions of the steel, secondary cooling schedule, pressure of driving rollers, soft reduction and support segments. Results show that the sulfur content of steel and support segments are main factors leading to the intermedium cracks. Since adoption of the improvement measures, the rate of the interrnedium crack occurrence has been obviously descended.
