顶底柱分区进路式采矿法试验研究

摘    要:试验研究在充分研究以往顶底柱回采方法基础上,提出了垂直矿体走向布置采区。沿矿体走向布置进路的分区回采方法。文中详述了顶底柱分区进路式采矿法回采工艺,与以往的顶底柱回采方法相比,采矿损失率下降16.3个百分点,贫化率下降11.8个百分点,多回收矿石4183t。创直接经济效益536万元,安全条件有所提高。

Abstract:Upon analyzing the process of extracting roof and bottom pillars in Xincheng goldmine, the paper presents a new approach to the design of gob layout perpendicular to the ore body and the zone drifts along with the strike of the ore body. A case study was conducted in Xincheng goldmine by the authors. With this process, the general ore loss rate decreases 16.3 percent, and the depletion rate is declined by l 1.8 percent. More than 4183 tons of ores is obtained additionally, creating a direct economic benefit of 5.3632 million Chinese dollars, and the safe condition is also improved to some extent.
