摘    要:对原位聚合制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)复合材料的动力学进行了研究,并采用三段聚合模型拟合分析了碳纳米管的引入对MMA(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)聚合过程动力学的影响。实验结果表明,碳纳米管的引入减缓聚合速度并推迟凝胶效应阶段的到来;超声波的引入使碳纳米管在MMA体系中分散均匀并使聚合速度加快,导致聚合体系更早进入凝胶效应阶段.

Abstract:Kinetics of preparation of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)/multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)composite material by in-situ polymerization was studied and three-stage polymerization model(TSPM)was used to analyze the influence of MWCNTs on the process of methyl methacrylate(MMA)polymerization.Experimental results showed that MWCNTs decreased the rate of MMA polymerization and postponed gel effect stage.Ultrasonic increased the rate of MMA polymerization as well as the dispersity of MWCNTs in MMA and led PMMA into gel effect stage more early.
