陆上石油钻井地质监督的现状分析

该文在充分肯定二十多年来陆上石油钻井地质监督工作取得成绩的同时，从监督人员素质、知识结构、甲方授权、监督定位、监督人员责权利、监督工作的理论支持等方面分析了现行陆上石油钻井地质监督工作存在的问题，并从建立统一监督机构、持证上岗、实行异地监督、改变监督手段等方面提出相应的对策和建议。对于提高监督工作能力，充分发挥监督作用具有促进作用。

Present situation analysis of land petroleum drilling geological supervision

While fully affirming the achievements which had been obtained in land petroleum drilling geological supervision for about 20 years, the paper analyzed the problems existing in present land petroleum drilling geological supervision from the aspects of superintendent quality, intellectual structure, first party authorization, fixed supervision position, superintendent responsibility, right and interests, theoretical support for supervision work etc., and put forward the appropriate countermeasures and recommendations from the aspects of setting up unified supervision mechanism, holding certificate of quality to supervise, implementing supervision in different regions, and changing supervision means and etc.. It has accelerating function to improve supervision ability and give full play to the supervision works.
