摘    要:本文针对水轮机过渡过程原型试验阶段中普遍存在的记录手段落后,获取数据精度低的问题,对原型试验的电测枝术各个环节采取措施,以提高动态参数试验记录的可靠性。利用在微机开发的数据处理系统先将试验记录转换成数据文件,在波形分析中作基线修正,消除动态参数的电平漂移。在频谱分析中在对动态参数和干扰源的频率特征有充分了解的基础上,滤除杂波干扰,还原出动态参数的本来规律,这种数据处理方法可以大幅度提高试验成果的数据精度。试验记录的数字化为进行过渡过程的深入的理论研究创造了条件。本文在对水(钅垂)法测流的数据计算和对动态力矩实测数据的分析中,作了一些探索,显示了这是有价值的技术进步。


Dynamic Parameters′ Site—measuring anb Data Processing in Transient Process of Hydroturbines
Abstract:Aiming directly at the problem of backward reeording means and roughly gettinog data in transient processes site-test of hydroturbines, In the paper,We take some measurements in each step of site-Lest,in order to increase the reliability of dynamic parameters' testing record. Utilizing the data processing system developed on micro-computer, We first transfer test records into data files,During wave analysis basic lines are corrected to eliminate the level shift of dynamic para- meters.In the course of frequency spectrum analysis,based on compre- hending the frequenoy characteristics of dynamic parameters and inter- ferenee sources,the sundry-waves' interferences are filtered,and the original regular pattern of dynamic parameters is restored. This method of data processing may greatly improve the data pre- cision of test results. The test recording digitalization is favourable to a further reseaeh of the theory of transient process.The author makes some exlorations in calculating Gibson flow measured data and in analyzing dynamic torques.Which shows this is a valuable tehnical im rovement.
