智能化热膨胀检测系统的开发与应用

摘    要:运用智能检测技术开发了智能化热膨胀检测系统,系统由加热炉、冷却部分、微型计算机检测系统、温度控制系统组成,运用C++Builde和VisualBasic语言设计开发了应用软件。该系统能够测量材料的热膨胀系数、金属材料的临界点及CCT曲线。应用该系统测定的40CrNiMo钢的CCT曲线表明系统具有精度高、稳定性好、操作简便等特点。

Abstract:The intelligent thermal expansion detection system was developed with intelligent detection technology.The system consists of heating furnace,cooling system,computerized detection system and temperature control system.The online applied software was designed with the languages of C++ Builder and Visual Basic.The system is able to detect the coefficient of thermal expansion,critical point temperature of phase transformation and CCT curves.The CCT curves of 40CrNiMo steel were made by this system,and the result shows that this system possesses high accuracy,good stability and operation friendly.
