硬质合金刀片嵌入式辅助断屑器的设计

摘    要:为了扩大硬质合金刀片的断屑范围,结合硬质合金刀片三维槽型的结构特征和刀片安装方式,设计并制作了一种嵌入式辅助断屑器。进行了铝合金切削实验,观察了切屑形貌,并分析了切屑折断机理。实验结果表明,未安装嵌入式辅助断屑器时,硬质合金刀片在小切深下可以实现断屑;但在大切深时,产生长螺卷屑,硬质合金刀片的断屑效果变差。安装嵌入式辅助断屑器后,在大切深时,硬质合金刀片产生了C形屑。嵌入式辅助断屑器的反屑面增加了断屑台的高度和角度,进一步减小了切屑的卷曲半径,促进了切屑的折断。安装了嵌入式辅助断屑器的刀片具有较高的断屑率,扩大了硬质合金刀片的断屑范围。

Abstract:In order to expand the chip breaking range of cemented carbide inserts,an auxiliary chip breaker with embedded installation method is designed and fabricated by combining boththe structural characteristics of the threedimensional groove type of the cemented carbide insert and the mounting method ofinsert.The aluminum alloy cutting experiments were carried out,the chip morphology was observed,and the chip breaking mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results show that when the embedded auxiliary chip breaker is not installed,the cemented carbide insert can achieve chip breaking at a small depth of cut.However,for large depth of cut,long spiral scraps are generated,and the chip breaking effect of the carbide insert is poor.When the embedded auxiliary chip breaker is installed,the cemented carbide insert produces C-shaped chips at large depths of cut.The anti-chip surface of the embedded auxiliary chip breaker increases the height and angle of the chip breaker,which reduces the curl radius of the chip and promotes the chip breaking.The inserts with the embedded auxiliary chip breaker have a higher chip breaking rate and can expanded the chip breaking range of cemented carbide inserts.
