摘    要:在设计决策的过程中,可以建立较为科学的设计评价方法,帮助企业确定最佳的客车设计方案,保障设计成果的最佳经济、社会和文化效益。利用层次分析法将客车的造型进行分析,研究产品外观造型重要性比重,结合客车外观造型的特性,对城市客车的外形元素按照权重进行分类,建立了客车造型设计方案的评价模型。通过模糊评价的方法,将感观直觉量化为具体的数值,对设计方案进行量化的分析评价,选定最佳设计方案。以客车产品为研究对象,建立评价模型进行实践验证。通过设计评价模型认定设计方案,经过工程化后实现量产的设计方案为企业带来了较高的市场价值,客户对于该产品的外观高度认可。

Abstract:In the process of design decision-making,a more scientific design evaluation method can be established to help enterprises determine the best bus design scheme and ensure the best economic,social and cultural benefits of design results.This paper analyzes the shape of the passenger car by using the analytic hierarchy process,studies the importance of the appearance of the product,combines the characteristics of the appearance of the passenger car,classifies the shape elements of the city bus according to weights,and establishes an evaluation model for the design of the passenger car.Through the method of fuzzy evaluation,the sensory intuition is quantified into specific values,and the design plan is analyzed and evaluated quantitatively,and the best design plan is selected.Taking DFAC-6851H4E as the research object,an evaluation model was established for practical verification.The design plan was identified through the design evaluation model,and the design plan for mass production after engineering has brought high market value to the company,and the customer highly appreciates the appearance of the product.
