空心玻璃微珠改性环氧树脂的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:以双酚F环氧树脂为基体,以空心玻璃微珠为填料,制备环氧树脂绝缘复合材料。用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对空心玻璃微珠进行表面改性,并研究改性后的空心玻璃微珠对复合材料力学性能、热机械性能以及电绝缘性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着填料含量的增加,力学性能表现出先增加再降低的趋势,并在空心玻璃微珠含量为4%时,性能达到最优;热机械性能和介电性能均随填料含量的增加而呈现降低的趋势,并在空心玻璃微珠含量为8%时,介电常数最低。

Abstract:The insulating composites of epoxy were prepared with bisphenol F epoxy resin as matrix and hollow glass microspheres(HGM) as filler. The hollow glass microspheres were modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 in order to explore the effect of different contents about modified HGM on the mechanical properties, thermophysical properties and electrical insulation properties of composites. The results showed that the mechanical properties raised and then dropped with the increasing of the modified HGM. The composites has the greater mechanical properties when the content of HGM is 4 wt.%. The thermophysical properties and electrical insulation properties of the composites dropped markedly with the contents of modified HGM. The composites has the lowest dielectric content when the content of HGM is 8 wt.%.
