| 摘 要： | 56B以上超大规格链条,其功率曲线在ISO和GB等相关标准中缺失,对其基本性能参数缺乏试验验证,为填补超大规格链条的试验空白,建立封闭力流式超大规格链条耐磨试验机。介绍其基本构成、技术参数和适用范围,该试验台可以为56B及其以上的超大规格链条在压力喷油润滑的工况下试验验证耐磨性、承载能力及不同载荷转速下链条的基本特性,为超大规格链条开发使用提供技术数据。

| Abstract: | The power curves of the oversized chains over 56B are deficiency in the ISO or GB standard.All the parameters of the oversized chains remain to be tested.A test machine based on the principle of closed power flow is developed for the oversized chains testing.The basic composition,technical parameters and testing range are introduced.The characteristics of the oversized chains under the condition of pressure spray oil lubrication over 56B,such as wearability,power capacity and other characteristics of running in different speed and load can be tested,the technical data for the chains developers is provided. |
