莫尔条纹法测量浮法玻璃斑马角

摘    要:为了测量浮法玻璃的斑马角,采用了莫尔条纹的测量方法,该法能够分辨玻璃转动0.2°所引起的变形,且斑马角的平均偏差为0.87%。实验结果表明,该法优于传统的浮法玻璃斑马角测量法。

Abstract:A method for measuring the zebra angle of float glass with the Moire fringe was described. The distortion of fringe caused by glass rotation angle of 0.2°was distinguished. The mean standard deviation of system was 0.87%. The test result shows that the method is better than traditional method for measuring the zebra angle of float glass.
