高效还原剂强化皮江法生产工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了采用高岭土型煤矸石为原料,经碳热还原制取的铝硅铁合金为还原剂热还原炼镁的工艺条件。发现,与原硅铁还原剂相比,此高效还原剂具有还原温度低、还原速度快、过量系数小、制团压力低等优点。经初步估算采用此种还原剂,在相同的还原率下,把每日二个生产周期改成每日三个生产周期是完全可能的。若如此,在镁的产量可增加1/3的同时,镁的成本约降低1680元/t.Mg左右。

Abstract:The paper studies the thermal reduction magnesium process with ferro-aluminum-silicon produced from carbon thermal reduction as reducing agent and kaoline coal gangue as raw material.We find out that the reducing agent has the advantages such as lower reduction temperature,quicker reduction,smaller excessive factor and lower pressure briquette.It is estimated that at the same rate of reduction,two production cycles per day may be possibly changed to three cycles.Therefore,the output of magnesium may be increased by 1/3 and the cost decreased by 1680 Yuan/ton of mg.
