| 摘 要： | 文章提出了一个基于ＷＷＷ环境的支持多媒体和问题场景的自动答疑系统ＡｎｓｗｅｒＷｅｂ，系统允许学生通过Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ输入文本、语音来提出自己的问题，并可加入问题的场景，由系统自动解答。文章介绍了它的基本工作模式，设计实现及其功能、框架、技术解决方案。该模式对基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的远程教育具有普遍意义。
