摘    要:唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司冷轧薄板厂酸轧生产线通过对其乳化液喷射梁和机架间挡板、挡布等的改造,减少了机架间乳化液的串液问题,实现了末机架乳化液的低浓度控制,并通过摸索轧辊粗糙度、轧制公里数与带钢板面粗糙度的关系,开发并优化了毛化辊轧制工艺,使罩式退火过程中的粘结缺陷产品比例由0.23%降至0.11%。

Abstract:low concentration control of emulsion at the last stand of five-stand tandem cold mill at Tangsteel was realized by emulsion system reformation.Based on it,the relationships of roll roughness,rolling kilometers and strip roughness were studied,and the rolling process was optimized by dull roll.Therefore,the ration of strip stick defect was reduced from 0.23%to 0.11%.
