攀枝花铁矿矿石碎矿适宜粒度的确定

摘    要:研究了一种确定碎矿适宜粒度的新方法。通过测定攀枝花铁矿矿石自然矿块的抗压强度、巴隆强度和抗破坏能量密度, 找到它们随粒度变化趋势的突变点, 说明大于或小于此突变点的粒度时, 矿石会表现出不同的强度类型。结合破碎和磨矿机械施力方式的不同, 不同强度类型的矿石应该使用不同施力方式的设备进行处理, 从而确定碎矿的适宜产品粒度为12~15 mm。

Abstract:A new approach to determine the optimal size for Panzhihua iron ore crushing was introduced. After measuring the compressive strength, Banong strength and destroy-resisting energy density of the natural ore block from Panzhihua iron mine, a point of sudden change of these factors versus the size of crushed ore was found, where different strength type exhibited for the iron ore with the size exceed or beneath. Considering the difference of mechanical pressing styles of crushing and grinding, the ore possessing different strength type should be treated with facilities of different mechanical pressing style, hereby the optimal size for ore crushing was fixed as 12 -15 mm.
