变压器智能组件IEC61850通信的实现

摘    要:鉴于传统一次设备(如变压器)接口不统一、协议种类繁多,无法接入智能变电站系统,故采用"传统一次设备+智能组件"方式将传统设备接入智能系统中。智能组件支持基于IEC61850标准的服务,输出基于IEC61850标准模型的数据信息,传统设备经过智能组件接入智能系统即能实现兼容运行。实现了一个智能组件,将传统变压器采集设备的通信规约转换为IEC61850通信,介绍了系统的工作原理、硬件结构和软件流程,并验证了协议转换的正确性。

Abstract:In consideration of the fact that traditional primary equipments, such as transformers, have a variety of different interfaces and communication protocols, and cannot be applied to the intelligent substation system. A method of "traditional primary equipment smart component" can be used to solve the problem .A smart component supports the services of IEC61850 standard and outputs data based on the standard. Then a traditional equipment can be used in the intelligent system through smart component and run compatibly. This paper discusses a smart component, which converts the traditional communication protocol of transformer acquisition device to IEC61850 protocol, and introduces its working principle, hardware structure and software. Finally, the correctness of the protocol conversion is verified.
