基于模糊自适应控制的接触器过零投切系统研究

摘    要:以负载变化不剧烈条件下高压动态无功补偿为研究背景,发挥接触器在高压领域的优势,针对接触器投切电容器造成的投切瞬间会产生浪涌电流及过电压的问题,提出接触器过零投切的同步关合控制方式。通过对接触器的动态特性分析,对真空接触器控制系统设计,并对接触器响应时间进行实验测试,基于接触器响应时间与操作电压以及环境温度的变化规律进行归纳,提出采用模糊自适应控制对不同环境温度以及操作电压下的接触器响应时间的预估方法,做到投切电容器的时间控制在电压电流零点附近的1ms内,并进行相应的仿真与实验验证,取得了良好的效果。所作研究可有效控制电容器在投切瞬间产生的浪涌电流和电压闪变的不利影响,确保在满足系统无功补偿的条件下实现电网的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:In this paper, research background is dynamic high voltage power reactive power compensation with load changes gently, play contactors advantage in high voltage field, For the issue of instant overvoltage and surge current when contactor switch capacitor. Proposed zero-crossing switching synchronization closing control. Through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the contactor, Designing the vacuum contactor control system, testing the response time of the contactor. Summarizing the response time of contactor based on operating voltage and ambient temperature. Proposed fuzzy adaptive control for the contactor response time with different ambient temperatures and operating voltage. Guaranteeing the time of switched within 1ms when capacitor voltage and current control in near zero. Making the corresponding simulation and experimental verification, achieved good results. The research can effectively control the adverse effect of the surge current and voltage flicker when switching instantly. Ensure the power grid safe and stable operating with Satisfying the conditions of reactive power compensation system
