改进型抽头电感准Z源逆变器

摘    要:以分布式电源并网发电为背景,以提高逆变器的升压能力、探索新的逆变器拓扑结构为目的,提出一种改进型抽头电感准Z源逆变器。采用在准Z源逆变器中引入抽头电感的方法,得到了一种新的逆变器拓扑,与抽头电感准Z源逆变器相比,此改进型拓扑具有对称抽头电感结构。介绍了改进型抽头电感准Z源逆变器的工作原理,分析了升压能力。将所提逆变器与传统Z源逆变器作比较,结果表明所提出的逆变器具有较高的升压能力,可以利用抽头的位置来调节升压比,具有良好的对称性,减少器件的电压应力,增强了系统的可靠性。设计并观察实验,实验结果验证了此逆变器的性能。表明此逆变器具有良好的性能,在一定程度上能够满足分布式电源并网发电对逆变器的要求。

Abstract:In a distributed grid-connected power as the background, in order to improve the booster of inverter capacity, for the purpose of exploring new inverter topology, this paper proposed an improved tapped inductor Z source inverter, which is the basis for the quasi Z source inverter in the improvement of the tapped inductor. Compared with the tapped inductor Z source inverter, the improved topology using symmetric tapped inductor structure, adding a tapped inductor, a capacitor, two diodes. The ability of the proposed boost inverter has higher, and we can regulate the boost ratio using the tap position. This impedance network is symmetry, reducing the device voltage stress, enhancing the reliability of the system. This paper analyzed the steady state decoupling circuit, boost capacity comparison of several different topologies and to explore the modulation strategy. design and accomplishment of experiment were discussed and experimental results were provide to verify the real performance of the proposed inverter. This indicates that the inverter has good performance, meet the requirements of distributed power grid power of inverter.
