一种程控功率因数可调开关电源的设计

摘    要:由于输入电流波形畸变,开关电源的输入电流中含有大量谐波成份,不仅功率因数低,而且会对电网造成污染。针对传统开关电源的不足,设计了一种基于单片机和FPGA控制的半智能型功率因数可调开关电源系统。所设计的功率因数校正电路中采用的同步整流技术解决了输入电压交越失真问题,实现了输入电压的无缝整流。此外,程控系统能对电路参数进行实时监测和显示,藉此实现了对电路功率因数的设定和电路的过流保护。测试结果表明,该开关电源系统的功率因数可调,效率在96%以上,稳定度较高。

Abstract:Because of the distortion of input current, the input current of switch power supply has a great mount of harmonic. Not only the power factor of switch power supply is low, but also it makes pollution to power network. In order to solving the deficiency of the conventional switch power supply, a semi-intelligent adjustable power factor switch power supply system based on single chip processor and FPGA is designed. The synchronous rectifying technique applied in the PFC circuit solves the crossover distortion of the input voltage and realizes the seamless rectifying of the input voltage. The program control system achieves to set the power factor of the circuit and has an over-current protection function, which can monitor and display the parameters of the circuit. The testing results show that the power factor of the switch power supply system with the efficiency is over 96% and high efficiency is adjustable.
