摘    要:针对传统电能表和抄表系统安装调试与运行维护时间长、效率低的弊端,在研制即插即用智能电能表装置的基础上,采用多路径组网模式抄表机制,完成电能表、集中器和主站系统的自动注册及自动抄表等功能,实现了电能表的即插即用。工程应用表明,研究成果在提高装、抄表工作人员的工作效率和提升电能计量的精益化管理水平等方面产生良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:On the basis of development of plug and play intelligent watt-hour meter equitment ,the mode of multipath network reading meter system is used to realize the plug and play of watt-hour meter,aimed at the drawbacks of traditional Watt-hour meter and meter reading system installation which takes a long time to debug,operate and maintain,and have a low efficiency, complete functions of autologin and automatic registration for electric energy meter and concentrator and master station system.The engineering application shows that,the research outputs produces good economic and social benefits in improving the work efficiency of staff for installling and reading meter and raising the level of the lean management in electric energy metering.
