| 摘 要： | 高压计量装置现场接线复杂,错误接线很难判别,且判别中算法复杂,无法快速准确的给出结果。通过现场简单测试电能表各计量元件之间的相位角度,作出各计量元件之间的相量图,通过整体旋转相量图的方式,快速判断出三相三线计量装置在感性负载和容性负载下的接线关系,实现三相三线电能表错接线的快速精确识别。
