智能电能表的现场运行管理策略研究

摘    要:智能电能表是智能电网建设的重要组成部分。随着智能电能表的逐步推广,智能电能表在设计、制造、管理、运输等多种环节质量问题也渐渐暴露出来。文章以智能电能表故障实例为基础,分析故障原因,对故障进行分类,研究不同故障类型的检测方法,形成相应的检测项目,以可靠性技术为中心,提出运行管理措施,降低现场故障,提升运行水平。

Abstract:smart electricity meter is an important part of smart power grids, with the gradual promotion of smart electricity meter, smart electricity meter quality problems in the design, manufacturing, management, transportation and other sectors are gradually exposed. In this paper, the smart electricity meter fault example as the foundation, analysis of the causes of failure, to classify the fault, detection methods of different fault types, the formation of the corresponding detection project, based on reliability technology as the center, puts forward operation management measures, reduce fault, improve the operation level.
