| Abstract: | A versatile system for the analysis of the light elements at a Nuclear Microprobe has been constructed. Special reactions for analysis of H (H(p,p)H), Li (7Li(p, )), B (11B(p,)2) and F (19F(p,1e?e+)16O)as well as the general techniques pNRA, PIXE and STIM are employed simultaneously. The set-up is mainly, but not only, intended for thin samples. |
