| 摘 要： | 振打除灰控制系统是煤气化装置正常运行的关键环节,基于PLC的自动控制可保证振打除灰系统可靠、有效地运行。主要分析了该振打除灰的系统工作原理以及控制要求,并叙述了其在硬件组态及软件编写上的实现方法。

| Abstract: | The control system of rapping device for cleaning out ash is a key tache of coal gasification equipment for assuring the running normally of the technical process.The system based on PLC can make the rapping-off-ash process run reliably and effectively.In ths paper,the working principle of rapping device is introduced,control demand is analyzed,and the realization technique of this control system in hardware configuration and software programming is specified. |
