丙烯酸改性醋酸丁酸纤维素用于仿电镀铝粉漆的研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸单体为改性剂,采用自由基溶液聚合法接枝醋酸丁酸纤维素,研究了不同单体和温度改性后,醋酸丁酸纤维素对仿电镀铝粉漆性能的影响。试验结果表明:在90℃下,经甲基丙烯酸甲酯改性后,使得铝粉的排列较好,鲜映性最佳,仿电镀效果理想。

Abstract:Cellulose acetate butyrate ( CAB )grafted with different acrylic monomers could be prepared by solution free radical polymerization as a solvent soluble resin. The product could effectively influence the function of imitation plating aluminium paint. The results indicates that the modified CAB by methyl methacrylate under 90℃, make the aluminium have good directional arrangement in the paint, so as to achieve the best DOI and ideal imitation plating effects.
