基于虚拟仪器及分布模型的预维修技术研究

摘    要:基于设备故障和维修规律的分析,提出了柔性制造系统预维修策略。在该策略中,首先,对柔性制造系统故障间隔时间进行模型拟合分析,建立了威布尔分布模型。基于最大有效度原则及可靠性原则确定预维修周期,并提出了制定定期维修计划的理论与方法。然后,结合故障发生频率和严重度影响分析,确定不同故障模式的维修方式——定期预维修计划、事后维修和基于虚拟仪器的预知维修,建立柔性制造系统预维修系统。

Abstract:Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) predicted maintenance strategy was put forward based on analysis of equipments fault and maintenance law.In the strategy,model-fitting analysis of FMS fault interval was conducted and Weibull distribution model was set up.Predicted maintenance cycle was determined on the foundation of most validity and reliability principles,and then theory and methods of establishing predicted maintenance scheme were advanced.Afterwards,combining with fault occurrence frequency and severity degree impact analysis,maintenance scheme of difference fault mode was determined,where the schemes included regular predicted maintenance schedule,correction maintenance as well as prescient maintenance based on virtual instrument.Finally,FMS predicted maintenance system was constructed.
