摘    要:用自行设计的半自动氩弧熔覆设备熔覆Ni60 WC系合金涂层,研究了工艺参数对熔覆合金层的组织和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,增大电流和降低熔覆速度,会使熔覆层组织粗化,耐磨性降低。

Abstract:Series of Ni60 and Ni60+WC alloy were coated on 45 steel substrates by means of argon arc cladding by instaution of design by oneself.Effect of process parameter on microstructure and wear resistance of the coatings were studied.The result shows that with the improvememt of the electricity and the lower of the speed of the cladding,the wear resistance is lower,and the structure is the biggist.
