全自动永磁起重吊设计研究

摘    要:通过分析起重电磁铁、永磁铁工作状况,对起吊杆机构和新型移动磁芯进行了重新设计,运用先进的控制设备,实现起重吊的全自动控制。吊运试验结果表明,起吊部分磁芯移动自如,吸、放料动作快捷,控制部分运行良好。

Abstract:Based on analysis of electrical magnetic and residential magnetic crane, the structure of lifting staff and newly movable magnetic core was redesigned with the advanced control equipment to realize the crane was controlled automatically. The results of lifting test showed that magnetic core of the part of lifting could be moved freely with the satisfied performances of activities of sucking up and laying down the materials . The part of control also worked very well.
