摘    要:针对云南某含银砷的硫化铜矿,查明了化学多元素、矿物组成、嵌布粒度和单体解离度等工艺矿物学特性,对比了混合浮选和等可浮选两种方案的选别指标。结果表明,在原矿铜、砷、银品位分别为0.41%、1.82%、16.24g/t条件下,等可浮选方案获得了铜品位为22.11%,铜回收率为66.32%的铜精矿,其中砷含量为0.45%,银品位和银回收率为438.48g/t、33.21%;混合浮选方案获得了铜品位为20.14%,铜回收率为75.14%的铜精矿,其中砷品位为0.81%,银品位和银回收率分别为413.75g/t、38.98%。混合浮选方案比等可浮选方案获得的选别指标要好,但砷含量较高。由此可以看出,铜精矿中砷品位与铜、银回收率呈同步升降关系。

Comparative study on flotation test of complex silver arsenic bearing copper sulfide

Abstract:According to a copper sulfide ore containing silver and arsenic in Yunnan Province, the process mineralogical characteristics such as chemical multi-elements, mineral composition, intercalation grain size, and monomer dissociation degree were identified, and the separation indexes of bulk floatation and iso-flotability floatation schemes were compared. The results show that under the conditions of Cu 0.41%, As 1.82% and Ag 16.24g/t, the copper concentrate with Cu 22.11% and total recovery 66.32% was obtained by the iso-flotability floatation scheme, including As 0.45%, Ag 438.48g/t at total recovery 33.21% respectively; the copper concentrate with Cu 20.14% at recovery 75.14% can be obtained by the bulk flotation scheme, including As 0.81%, Ag 413.75g/t at recovery 38.98% respectively. Compared with the iso-flotability floatation process, the bulk floatation process could obtain higher copper and silver recovery, but with higher arsenic grade. The arsenic grade in copper concentrate and the recovery of copper and silver have a synchronous rise and fall relationship.
