摘    要:针对超声电机对激励电源频率、幅值、波形的要求,设计了一种新型超声电机压电陶瓷激励电源。该激励电源输入电压为12 V,经过DC-DC降压变换电路调压后输入4路推挽升压电路叠加输出。输出幅值可达600V,频率在10~100 kHz范围内可调,同时两路电源间可实现任意相位差。在工作频率范围内无须对压电陶瓷进行阻抗匹配即可基本实现正弦交流激励。实验结果表明,该激励电源性能可靠,波形失真小,符合超声电机对激励电源的波形要求。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirements of an ultrasonic motor for the frequency, amplitude, and waveform of a driving power supply, a novel type of piezoelectric ceramic driving power supply for the ultrasonic motor is designed in this paper. This device is powered by a 12 V battery, and after the voltage regulation by a DC-DC step-down converter, a circuit consisting of four push-pull boost circuits array with their output ends connected serially boosts the output voltage up to 600 V. The frequency of output voltage can be adjusted in the range of 10 to 100 kHz, and two power supplies of this device can be synchronized at any phase in the meantime. Extra impedance matching can be avoided while driving the piezoelectric ceramic device in the supported frequency range, thus realizing the sine AC excitation basically. Experimental results indicated that this device had reliable performance and low distortion, which was suitable for the waveform requirements of the ultrasonic motor for the driving power supply.
