| 摘 要： | 本文分析了加拿大安大略省棕地再开发的形式和过程。总结出棕地需要在法律的保障下,通过政府的引导,明确环境责任、财政支持,并结合有效的规划方法和公众参与模式来进行开发。这些经验为在我国城市进行"退二进三",转换工业用地的生产功能提供了思路。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the methods and process of brownfield redevelopment in Ontario, Canada. It indicates that brownfield redevelopment can be succeed through community improvement plan if environmental liability and financial assistant can be secured. Moreover, legislation and guidance of the government is also essential to such kind of program. All these experiences can provide help to the industrial land redevelopment in China. |
