| 摘 要： | 设计了一套基于IPC+PLC控制的汽车玻璃热弯炉自动控制系统,该系统可以实现炉丝功率调节、炉丝自动升降、组态王6.52和PLC通讯、炉盖开合控制、顶杆升降控制、保温控制、玻璃工艺文件保存读取及红外线实时检测玻璃温度等功能,通过监控软件、操作面板和温度仪表等实现人机对话。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a set of automatic control system based on IPC＋ PLC control car glass hot bending furnace was designed,this system can realize the function of furnace wire power control,furnace silk elevator control,configuration king 6.52and PLC communication,furnace cover movable control,plunger elevator control,heat preservation control,configuration king file read and real-time detection glass temperature,and the others,through the overall monitoring system,operation panel and display panel realization man-machine conversation. |
