摘 要: | 车削加工中,获得最佳切削特性的有效途径之一是实时调节车刀的刃倾角。设计了一种可实时调节车刀的刃倾角的刀架,通过软件进行运动分析,对刀架的结构做了进一步的优化设计,使其在保证车削精度的前提下,可以实时调节车刀的刃倾角。

Abstract: | turning,one of the most effective way to obtain the best cutting characteristics is realtime adjustment tool cutting edge inclination angle.This paper design a kind of real-time adjusting tool cutting edge inclination angle tool;motion analysis by software,do the further optimization design of frame structure,which guarantee the cutting precision,real-time adjusting tool cutting edge inclination angle. |
