摘    要:辐射表校准光筒要求避免非直射日光直接照射到辐射表感应面,并对遗漏光线尽可能进行衰减。利用CAD及Pro/E等计算机辅助设计手段分析了光筒的光路特性,给出了光筒设计的基本原则并进行了初步设计,使得光筒设计中遇到的较为复杂的数学问题得以解决,提高了设计效率和准确性。设计的光筒不仅能够有效抑制非直射光线的进入,同时内筒采用卡箍式结构,即过度配合,又装卸方便。该装置各结构采用标准型材,成本低廉,可批量生产,在气象用仪表校准中广泛推广,具有实用价值。

Abstract:Pyranometer calibration light tube need to avoid non-direct sunlight exposure to the pyranometer surface, and subtract the omission light as much as possible. Optical characteristics of light tube are analyzed using CAD and Pro/E computer aided design method, and the basic principles of this design are given. Complex mathematics problems are solved and its efficiency and accuracy are improved. The light tube designed can restrain the direct light to enter effectively, while the inner cylinder adopts a clamp type structure, which can accomplish over fitting, convenient loading and unloading. The device structure uses a standard low cost profile, so it has practical value and can be widely adopted as the meteorological instrument.
