摘    要:利用3组不同材料预制的裂纹夏比试样(PCCv)研究了不同温度和不同加载速率对反应堆压力容器材料断裂韧性的影响,对采集到的实验数据用ASTM E1921—97标淮,计算出材料度的断裂韧性值和参考温度(T0)。从稳态到瞬态加载条件下的参考温度幅值用主曲线方法确定。研究结果表明,T0依赖于加载速率,并随加载速率的增大而增加,同时当稳态加载时的T0较小时,瞬态加载时的T0增值(△T0)较大。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of loading rate on cleavage fracture toughness of RPV steels using three kinds of materials of pre-cracked Charpy-v (PCCv) specimens. Those PCCv specimens have been tested under different loading rates and different temperatures. Based on the test data, fracture toughness values and reference temperature (T0) were calculated according to ASTM Standard E 1921-97. The master curve method has been used to determine the T0 shift (DT0) from static to high loading rate. It is concluded that the T0 is dependent on the loading rate, and increases at elevated loading rate. When the T0 at static loading rate is low, the DT0 becomes large.
