乌溪江梯级水库洪水预报精度提高的方法

摘    要:为提高乌溪江梯级水库洪水预报精度,对洪水预报精度的影响因素进行了分析,找出了提高洪水预报精度的方法,即增加自动测报雨量测站点数量、对流域小水电的开发情况进行详细调查并对有调蓄能力的小水电安装压力式水位计进行实时水情自动监测。经过2011、2012年的大洪水预报检验,雨量测站的增设更能反映流域降水实况,小水电的实际出流过程可对洪水初期的扣损进行调整、对中期进行流量修正,预报取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve flood forecast accuracy of Wuxijiang cascade reservoirs, factors influencing the accuracy of flood forecast is analyzed. And then it finds out the method to improve the precision of flood forecast, namely increasing the numbers of automatic rainfall station, investigating the development of river small hydropower and real-time automatic monitoring of the small hydropower storage capacity by installation of pressure-type water level gauge. After large flood forecast test in 2011 & 2012, added rainfall stations can reflect the basin precipitation, small hydropower actual deduction flow process can be adjusted on the flood initial stage and the medium flow correction. So, flood forecast achieves good effect.
