胜坨油田高温高盐油藏疏水缔合聚合物驱油先导试验研究

摘    要:针对胜坨油田,通过室内试验和数值模拟研究了新型疏水缔合聚合物的驱油机理及驱油效果。结果表明,新型疏水缔合聚合物比常规聚合物在高温高盐条件下增黏能力强,驱油效果好,能满足Ⅲ类高温高盐油藏大幅提高采收率的要求。采用数值模拟与经济评价结合的方式对T28先导试验区的注采参数进行了优化,矿场首次采用污水配制母液,污水稀释注入的注入方式,预测可提高采收率6.1%,增产原油10.55×104t。矿场单井试注试验证明新型疏水缔合聚合物有效地增加了流体在地层的渗流阻力,起到了较好的降水增油效果。

Abstract:In view of the oil production in Shengtuo Oilfield,the oil-displacement mechanism and effect of a new hydrophobic association polymer(HAP) were studied in laboratory experiment with numerical simulation.The results of study have shown that the new hydrophobic association polymer is better than conventional polymer in terms of higher viscosity increasing capacity and better oil flooding effect in high temperature and high salinity conditions and therefore can satisfy the requirement for enhancing oil recovery substantially in Class Ⅲ high temperature and high salinity oil reservoirs.The injection-production parameters in T28 Pilot Testing Area were optimized with the combined technique of numerical simulation and economic evaluation.The mother liquid prepared with waste water was injected after diluted with waste water for the first time in the production site,and it is estimated that the recovery factor will be increased by 6.1%which is equivalent to 10.55 × 104 t crude oil production increase.Single-well injection testing at production site has shown that the new hydrophobic association polymer can increase the filtrational resistance of fluid in formation effectively and can thus reduce water content and increase oil production with effect.
