塔河油田深穿透酸液体系性能研究

摘    要:针对塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏酸压滤失量大、酸蚀裂缝穿透距离有限等问题,优选出3种适合塔河油田深穿透酸压的工作液体系,即FRK-V180高温胶凝酸体系、KMS-50变黏酸体系和SRGE地面交联酸体系。对3种酸液的黏度、溶蚀率、酸岩反应动力学参数、H+传质系数、携砂性能及破胶性能等进行了考察,为塔河缝洞型碳酸盐岩储层实现深穿透改造提供技术支持。

Abstract:In view of large filter loss and limited penetration distance in acid-eroded fractures in vuggy carbonatite oil reservoir at Tahe Oilfield,three working fluid systems,i.e.high temperature gelling acid system FRK-V180,variable-viscosity acid system KMS-50 and surface crosslinked acid system SRGE,were selected through optimization,and the viscosity,solution ratio,acid-rock reaction kinetic parameters,H+mass transfer coefficient,proppant carrying capacity and gel breaking property,etc.of the three acid fluids were studied,which has provided the technical support for the realization of deep penetration modification in vuggy carbonatite oil reservoir at Tahe Oilfield.
